Highly recommend! I had a virtual consult with Allegra and it was so helpful! I have to be honest, I was unsure of how helpful a virtual breastfeeding consult would be, but Allegra was so thorough and knowledgeable, making it very effective. She walked me through different exercises and asked questions that helped her assess my daughter's latch and sucking strength. I had a virtual consult with Allegra for breastfeeding help and to address a potential tongue tie for my son and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Even though it was a virtual appointment, she was able to walk me through how to do an oral assessment on my son to address breastfeeding issues and check for potential oral restrictions. Overall a super great experience and I would highly recommend!

Allegra and her team helped me with both nutrition and lactation services and they have been a God-send! My baby's painful latch was fixed in just one virtual consult and over the last four months of working on multiple health concerns, they've helped me heal health conditions I've had for 5+ years, including leaky gut, bloating, food sensitivities, and rosacea! Aloha Nutrition really knows their stuff and is so thorough, too. I can't recommend them enough!

I personally struggle with recurrent clogged ducts. I have tried everything and seen 6 IBCLC’s. Kayla gave me additional things to try including homeopathic medicine. I was desperate! Well, it worked! I was in shock! I highly recommend!
