Our experience with Dr. Nabours has been very disappointing. At our initial 15-minute consult in early September, we explained that our daughter is medically complex and asked whether she felt comfortable taking on her case. She encouraged us to book a full appointment, so we did. We then had a 90-minute appointment that consisted mostly of discussing our daughter's medical history and current health issues, but no treatment plan or concrete recommendations were provided. I absolutely love Dr. Allison Nabours as my naturopathic doctor. This clinic offers the very worst customer service. Poor communication skills and cleanliness. My experience was less then steller this people are doing the least for the Most amount of money. No custumer parking no clear directions on where to park how to get to bulding no elevator wasnt working no one answered the phone no one was in the front desk upon arrival therefore I was 10 minutes late and there NO profanity spoken by me Ive more class then that lady so Please don lie here youre only exposing yourselves.
