I had a very disappointing experience just trying to schedule an appointment. I received a confirmation to attend the facility on a specific day, but when I arrived, no one was present. Almost a week later, someone called me back, and instead of offering an explanation or apology, they spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Saujanya was amazing at explaining different types of classes that are suitable for our kid according to his age. She explained us how each class has different type of curriculum and how they conduct it according to the child’s need.
