I contacted Bernardo to rent a car and completed the rental form after being informed that the vehicle was available for the requested dates. I was scheduled to pick up the car today, but I have not been able to reach anyone for confirmation. I’ve attempted to call both Bernardo and the company’s main phone number, but received no reply.
