John was very unusual to deal with and at one point raised his voice when I wasn't understanding what he was explaining. He wasn't able to give be a simple figure of costs and was incorrectly adding numbers by hand. I cannot speak for his legal credibility as I won't be proceeding with this company, but I can say that the office was messy, John was not adhering to Covid restrictions but not wearing a mask during out consult and isn't somebody i'd want to deal with on going.
Very unprofessional, late and then proceeded not to listen and not help, which I got elsewhere.
John is Fantastic lawyer very knowledgeable would highly recommend
