the cashier who checked me out (asian girl) was VERY rude and nasty. She should never address any customer with that tone of voice. She seemed very upset. Her tone and actions felt directed at me as she was aggressively opening shopping bags and aggressively placing my items in my bags. I have never visited an Alo store in person, typically ordering all my items online. However, since I was staying in the area, I decided to visit. The customer service I received was exceptional. I was greeted and offered assistance by three or four different employees throughout the store. They were not aggressive; they were genuinely helpful and willing to assist me.
