Great customer service. I needed an item that was sold out everywhere and they kindly held it for me.
Two guys helped me at Alo Santa Monica today and they were incredibly kind. One of them noticed my Alo shoes were a little dusty and offered a cleaner to freshen them up, which was so thoughtful. They also helped me fix a missing item from another store. I bought something today as well, and I wish I knew their names because they truly deserve recognition for their amazing service!
All staffs are very kind 👍👍👍👍
No clue what the bad ratings are, one of the friendliest and talkative staffs of any store I’ve been in, definitely not in one of those ‘luxury’ mentalities that treat their customers terribly. They do the opposite and are super kind.
