Horrible customer service received at this Boston store . Asked for a medium size jumper while in the dressing room and employee told me that Alo doesn’t cater for my Size ( I’m a size small , I like my jumpers oversized) very disappointing. Left that store with little to no confidence after that visit. Won’t be returning to any Alo store .

Vine desde Nashua para realizar un cambio de un conjunto y unos zapatos. Fue un regalo un que me dieron, pero la persona lo compró directo en la tienda y no contaba con el recibo. todo está en su respectivo caja y en perfecto estado con su etiqueta. La primera chica que me atendió me dijo que no y llamó a su manager y ella no quiso ayudarme y me tardo mucho tiempo en la tienda para al final no brindarme ninguna solución. Tiempo perdido completamente.

I came to pick up my online order after receiving an email confirming it was ready. I waited nearly 45 minutes while three different employees asked for my name, disappeared into the back, and told me they couldn’t find my order. Despite having nearly 10 employees and barely any customers, it took another 15 minutes before someone finally brought me my order. This was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.
