I had a very disappointing experience at Alo Yoga. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and were not knowledgeable or willing to assist with basic questions. When I needed help, I felt completely ignored and unsupported. For a brand that promotes a premium shopping experience, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, this left me frustrated, and I would not recommend this store based on the level of customer care I received. :::

Visited the store and brand for the first time on Friday. Sam, the Sales Manager, made the experience super easy and honestly quite fun! He helped answer all the dumb questions I had, as well as listened to what I was saying. For example, I made a small comment about needing new gear for lifting at the gym, Sam came in clutch and recommended a pair of shoes that he thought I would enjoy. My gym shoes are over a year old so hurray! Sam is an excellent representative of the brand, y’all should shower him with love and praise. ... read more
