Myself and my partner recently bought a house and used Almy and Thomas to progress this. We had Jenny Plumb and she was very efficient and left no stone unturned when it came to the checks and ensuring everything was in order. There was pressure from the chain to progress the sale quickly and Jenny did everything she could to ensure that this went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring legal services and will use again in the future should we need to.
