I am so happy that Almudena finally opened her healing practice in hypnosis. She has been a serious student of that science and is very skillful in using the technique and providing help to people that need that specific approach to deal with many of the challenges of life. I had an appointment with Almudena in October 2024, to help me stop smoking, she made me feel comfortable straight away and explained every thing fully , I haven't had a cigarette since that appointment, no urge to smoke, no cravings, it's such a wonderful feeling to be free from that addiction
I have seen Almudena on two occasions, the first to help deal with stress and anxiety related to a health condition. The second to work on my motivation following bouts of fatigue from the health condition. The first session Almudena provided some techniques I used to get through a painful medical procedure, in better shape, than I had in previous years. Very friendly person and a amazing session. Made me felt very calm and a wonderful voice to get hypnotherapy from.
I've had just the one session with Almudena, so far, to help with my insomnia among other things. Along with her very good tips on meditating, within a few days of the session I started sleeping through the night the best I have done since I remember! Very impressed with this result. Thank you.
