Upon returning the vehicle, I was called the next day and informed by an “assistant manager “ I would not be getting my refund back. I have tried to resolve this with higher management due to the lack of intelligence shown by the office staff and it has become apparent that higher management chooses not to be concerned nor want to even get involved with the complaint.
