Customer service is incredibly bad. I bought a sauna with them years ago and when i moved I moved the sauna with me. However I lost 4 little washers. They wanted to charge me $90 USD to ship 4 of these. Further to that they were going to charge me for the full hinge rather than just the washer. I requested that they ship them in an envelope for me, stating i would pay for the whole part but just needed the 4 washers. They told me they were unable to do that. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Their customer service is ATROCIOUS!! We were trying to buy from, and go through, what we believed was a reputable company. There has been nothing but problems and issues from the beginning. Most recently, I tried AGAIN to give the company the benefit of the doubt and rather than making a large purchase to have go awry - I made merely a smaller purchase of just sauna stones. HA! Faulty products that don’t last (Harvia sucks as a 10+ year customer) had two heaters fail in 6 years from almost heaven. Customer service is impossible to get through to (40 minute plus wait times 24 hr plus response times) terrible warranties. Sauna kit (8k) had weird screw holes that they gave cheap stickers to cover up leaving stains no pegs provided. A $300 light that broke and failed due to cheap construction. We were insured via the Almost Heaven representative that the Harmony Infrared sauna was made in the USA, specifically West Virginia. When it arrived, all packaging stated "Made in China". We contacted customer support to let them know that we felt deceived after paying a premium price and being assured by their rep when specifically asked if this unit was made in the USA.
