We purchased this sauna from Almost Heaven because it was an American company and we found value in that. We have reached out for support after moving our sauna to our new home and it not working. We have contacted the company over 10 times to help troubleshoot with no response. We will now be hiring an electrician at $200 per hour to get our sauna up and running. So disappointed in the lack of response.
Poor customer service, nearly impossible to speak to anyone regarding my order.
Terrible experience so far! Terrible Costumer Service! Damaged product with no solution! Bought the sauna through Costco and Almost Heaven delivered a broken box with a bunch of broken pieces inside of it, the stones were all over the box causing dust, chips and scratches, a lot of broken pieces and connections preventing me to assemble it! I have had this sauna for three months and it’s amazing. Finnmark FD-2 2-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is the product I have in my home. My skin is glowing, my body feels great, my headaches are gone and I get the best nights of sleep ever since it was installed!
this site is a SCAM! never buy anything there! I had to buy stones for the sauna from them. They sent me decorative stones with half the weight. Having said that they cannot be used in the sauna, only as decorative ones. They neglect your SAFETY in the hot sauna and scam you out of MONEY for a non-existent product!!!
