We purchased our sauna just a few months ago, and it completely stopped working—not what you expect from a product at this price point. I hired a licensed electrician to rule out any issues on our end, and he confirmed everything was fine electrically. Since the sauna was still under warranty, I reached out to the company for support. Very very good experience with the company! Customer service is second to none. I did not like the heater that came with my sauna (purchased through Costco). Zoe Bekken, from customer service was very helpful and prompt. I was offered to have my heater replaced for free, as well as given options to upgrade to a more expensive model with a very significant discount (which I chose). Communication was polite and simply excellent! Something you don’t see often this day an age. Overall would recommend company highly!
While customer service was rocky a year ago, Almost Heaven has clearly made some upgrades. Hopefully they recognize how important a solid customer service staff is. A small warranty issue was quickly resolved and we're enjoying our sauna nightly! Thanks Team!
I love my Harvia barrel sauna! We have had it for 6 years and use it every day. Their customer service has been spectacular.
I purchased 3 person Auburn hybrid a few months ago and the infrared will not hear above 119 degrees Fahrenheit. Multiple emails and phone calls with NO resolution or even a call back. Very disappointed in the customer service
