Sauna arrived timely. Parts missing so I couldn't finish the build. The company spent over a month saying they we're working on it getting them to me so I could finish. Ended up saying they were trying to get the parts from there provider. At one point said they would pull from a crate in there warehouse. They never did. I finally called and said send a discount an I will get the missing parts myself. They sent a refund for part of the missing order, looked on line and realized what they sent wouldn't cover the cost of repla... read more

They hung up on me twice. All I'm trying to do is build a Hybrid Sauna. There is absolutely no one that has any clue on how to do it. You people are frustrating.
Spencer, i wanted to let you know the sauna arrived today The delivery driver, Steve was great. Pulled up the drive so was very simple. Also, just want to compliment you and the company. Everything happened as you said it would, from gathering information, to ordering and then the delivery. The process was exceptionally easy and timely. Thank you again, we start building in the next few days. Hoping that process flows as smoothly as my experience so.far.
Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a sauna from almost heaven via Costco. The sauna was delivered in terrible condition and was severely damaged during transit. The company offered to give me a less than 10% discount or I had to destroy it. It took Harvia over a month to arrange someone to come pick it up, and they allowed the junk removal company to keep the sauna when they wouldn’t allow me to keep it.
