Spencer, i wanted to let you know the sauna arrived today The delivery driver, Steve was great. Pulled up the drive so was very simple. Also, just want to compliment you and the company. Everything happened as you said it would, from gathering information, to ordering and then the delivery. The process was exceptionally easy and timely. Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a sauna from almost heaven via Costco. The sauna was delivered in terrible condition and was severely damaged during transit. The company offered to give me a less than 10% discount or I had to destroy it. It took Harvia over a month to arrange someone to come pick it up, and they allowed the junk removal company to keep the sauna when they wouldn’t allow me to keep it. Buyer beware. We purchased a sauna and did not receive the product as advertised. It has been several months of my efforts attempting to seek resolution and a solution with customer service. Spencer originally stated her would send me the correct parts and instructions and then never did and then never sent me a follow up email. Teegan stated I needed to discuss with her manager Hailey. Still hoping this company decides to stand behind their equipment and warranty. Currently seems like there is a strategy to avoid honoring the warranty. Not sure if my issue is local or it is a companywide business model.
We purchased a 4 person barrel sauna from them in late 2023. We received warped wood, a door that doesn't line up, and the bench doesn't stay attached. We have contacted customer support and they are willing to give a discount to buy more wood. Would not recommend to anyone.
