TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! My friend and I waited 4 hours to be ignored and argued with. The worst customer service! We came for walk in tattoos at 4pm and were told the wait was about 1.5 to 2 hours, so we sat inside and waited. Sam the tattoo artist actually tried to help a new walk in before us after seeing us wait for him for 4 hours! He then argued with my friend tried to talk her out of her tattoo request and insulted her current tattoos!!!!!! the shop was clean but the dudes in there were ignoring me even though we were the only ones in the shop. the tattoo came out pretty bad and I'm actually in the process of getting a cover up tattoo for the tattoo I got here. Don't know if they were having an off day or what but my experience was far from positive.
