Poorly run. No answering machine called multiple times. Outdated cancellation policy especially when you’re sick. Do NOT recommend. Go to Resonance Spa instead- way better management.
I’ve only come for the sauna. The Finnish sauna is great and gets very hot, but could use a deep clean - it’s not too much effort to just give it a nice sand and scrub. Definitely bring a towel to sit on. The infrared sauna doesn’t get hot enough for me to break a sweat, so don’t recommend it. Three stars for a completely broken booking system. Having just sailed across the Pacific Ocean from Hawaii, my body was in desperate need for some attention. Spending some time in a hot tub and with an in depth massage from Olga allowed my body to melt away the list of muscular problems and discomforts that have plagued me for weeks. Relaxing with some jasmine tea and a small chocolate bar proved today to be one of the best selfcare days of the year.
