Very poor experience with this nursing home. I do not recommend, in fact, I recommend you choose something else, even if it means your loved ones have a bit of a drive for visits
Deplorable. While constantly being fined by the Ministry for neglect, the administration preforms mental gymnastics to absolve themselves of guilt with complete denial. God bless the staff.
My grandmother was moved to Country Haven during the pandemic due to an urgent need for care (but not during a major lockdown). The transition was so careful, and caring. The staff have won a place in my grandmother’s heart, and our family is very pleased with her care plan. When I last (window) visited my grandmother, she had happy tears in her eyes and said “This is a good place.” I am grateful for everyone’s efforts to keep residents safe, healthy and happy during this unusually challenging times.
