We heard such good things about this place that we finally drove into Cashmere today and enjoyed a very nice lunch. The staff is very friendly and our soup and made-to-order sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely do lunch here the next time we are down from Canada this fall.
The ladies working were very sweet and I got the cashew pea salad is tasty and the vanilla cinnamon cashews are out of this world! Free samples too!
I get a chef's salad at least once a week, and have never had one that wasn't anything but excellent. I think I've had one made by everyone that works there, and there is no difference from one to another. All excellent..
Wow!!! I bought a couple bags of roasted nuts that were nearing the expiration date but sounded so yummy. They were in very different bags and as one package tasted old and sort of soggy, I contacted the company, concerned that one type of the bag didn’t protect them well enough. I received a call back from Tess who was quite concerned and asked a few questions.
