Almira Manor has been a very good residence for me for the past 4 yrs. Maintenance matters handled very promptly. In my yrs living I’ve never seen a mouse. I could say never a bug but those tiny lady bugs have a secret to show up but readily shown the exit! Management/residents have get-together events. The apartments are freshly painted and flooring very good condition. My only advice is either the kitchen table/chairs go or recliner and couch. YOU CANT HAVE IT ALL. This place is full of mold, my father used to live here it’s terrible when he said something about the mold they didn’t do anything, they also refused to fix anything he has 2 years to live due to mold, everything that has been described as a amenity it’s not real, plus their ripping off the government.
