Disappointing - took me numerous phone calls, txts and email without a reply back. After 3 weeks I finally got onto Mitch on the mobile. I explained I wanted a furler for my 40ft yacht. He requested some information/photos in order to price the job which I sent through. I have never heard back. I have tried calling texting and emailing for 3 weeks with no return calls or response whatsover. Don't think I will be getting an Almast furler. Very disappointed with the service. If this is any indication?
