Mitch is a legend! He immediately identified the issue with our headsail halyard and guided us on how to fix it. The original rigger had skipped installing the deflector block, which turned out to be the root of the problem. Once we fitted the block, the furler was back in order and has worked perfectly since. Disappointing - took me numerous phone calls, txts and email without a reply back. After 3 weeks I finally got onto Mitch on the mobile. I explained I wanted a furler for my 40ft yacht. He requested some information/photos in order to price the job which I sent through. I have never heard back. I have tried calling texting and emailing for 3 weeks with no return calls or response whatsover. Don't think I will be getting an Almast furler. Very disappointed with the service. If this is any indication?
