The halal market is excellent—well-stocked, clean, wide variety of selection, and efficiently run. The butcher staff are always respectful and fast. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the cashier and the restaurant. The cashier, who appeared to be of Indian/Pakistani descent and wore glasses, was dismissive and rude when I simply asked for a plastic bag. Amazing! Great place to stop in to eat!
Extremely Helpful and Friendly Staff! I had a great shopping experience at Mediterranean. The cashier (I believe he was at the front desk) was incredibly nice, helpful, and had a fantastic attitude. It's employees like him that make me want to come back. Keep up the great work!
This store used to have excellent service, especially from the owner, Ibrahim. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The main issue is the cashier—a man of Indian descent who wears glasses and is consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve seen other reviews reporting the same behavior, so this isn’t just my experience. Owners, please address this before more loyal customers are lost!
