Wednesday afternoon I picked up a young woman outside of Gratiot integrated Health Network as she asked for a ride home due to the bases being behind. While taking her home she called ATC to cancel her ride at this time I was confused where she live ans the operator overheard the young woman saying no this the the wrong place. What the operator said next proved to me that even in our rough society we still have good hearted people. The operator asked this young woman if she was safe or if she wanted the cops called. When I have to take the bus, I am happy I live in Alma. The buses are clean, comfortable, and the drivers are friendly. The only downside is at times it's really hard to even get a bus. If for some reason I need one without being able to plan ahead, there are certain times it's next to impossible and I have to find a different means of getting to my destination. Still recommend tho.
