Do not order with these people. They take your money but do not deliver the goods or answer any communication via email or telephone. I have now been in contact with department of fair trading. Despite trying to contact by phone and email they have also not had a response. Department of fair trading is unable to instigate any action unless there are multiple complaints... so... if you have an issue with this company please make an official complaint otherwise their deceitful practices continue.
Buyer’s please be aware. You will not receive the item you purchased! I have lost $490 on furniture that I ordered but never received. I have tried calling the phone numbers on the website - both disconnected. Emailed - no response. Sent via contact us page 3 separate times - no response. I don’t want anyone else ripped off like I have been. As if times aren’t hard enough at the moment. Absolutely shattered.
VERY POOR. I ordered and paid 4th November. No goods 5 weeks later and no responses to 3 requests for an update.
Pity I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. A month has gone without delivery or any response to emails and phone calls. I've done my cash but will take the time to report to ACCC, Fair Trading, ATO and ASIC.
