Great customer service
Store manager I had encountered today (didn’t get her name) was rude and not very understanding. Iman was rude also as I did not receive an answer back from her addressing my concern. I was overcharged for an item in bulk I didn’t know costed less elsewhere. However, store is well organized.
Nice people and nice collections, I bought a Dishdashah "dress for men" for my son and she altered the sleeves and the bottom right away on the spot with no extra charge.
