My family has been banking with Alma bank for years. Whatever we need Ivan, Paul and Despina always do their best to help us. They have consistently gone above and beyond with providing excellent customer service and as long as they’re there, so are we!
This bank would not cash a reimbursement check from one of their big customers around the corner, because I did not have an account. This was a reimbursement for a 600% overpayment that I made as a disabled patient. Recommend not doing business involving this bank if you don't want problems with Alma refusing to release authorized funds
