Kudos to the worst and unprofessional delivery party ever. They spoiled my weekend, made me wait for 7 hours. They were supposed to do the delivery from 2-5pm and guess what, they showed up at 7:30 and the delivery guys didn’t even care to apologize. They lie a lot and they dont attend your phone calls once they know that they had messed up, which they always deos. These guys are spoiling the name of other companies by doing the worst delivery service. THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER EVER EVER HAD.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company damaged my apartment not once, but TWICE. Left half of a boxed couch in my living room for a week and belittled me. For weeks now I have been trying to get this company to pay for the damages they inflicted on my unit. The workers are condescending, aggressive and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. They make it nearly impossible to come to any resolution. ALM Crown is a circus act disguised as a moving company.
Spoke with the evening shift Manager Chris, very professional and very helpful. Went over and above his duties to get my drivers out in a timely manner. ALM does a fantastic job.
There needs to be an option for negative rating for this kind of business. They informed delivery will happen beetween 11 am to 4 pm and then never even informed about the delay. After 4 pm we had to reach out multiple times as it's a condo and delivery is allowed until 5 pm only. Once we spoke to the delivery guy, he was behaving just like nothing happened.
