My clinic has been using allydvm over 2 years now. It's been great! We love being able to reach clients through texting & them sending auto reminders is a lifesaver! Takes a big load off our receptionists. The only feedback I have would be I wish the text convos would be integrated into our system for charting purposes. Right now, we just copy & paste the conversations when necessary (and when we remember to do so). It would be nice if it just did it automatically for us. Other than that, it's great!
Great app, love the access to my pets information!
Their services have improved our ability to effectively communicate with our clients!
