JUST SAY WE WILL NEVER BE FINACING WITH ALLY AGAIN! I would much rather go to a buy here pay here place. At least they show you they are going to screw you over. ALLY has no communication between departments, dont care about there customers. ALLY recieve a payoff check that is not the correct amount so instead of calling you they write you a letter. Terrible experience with Ally Financial. All of their call centers are overseas and it feels like no one really cares to help. I received a lease maturity turn in letter claiming I did not return both keys. In reality, I turned in both keys, detailed the vehicle, and even had an account overpayment of a little over $1,000. Despite this, Ally deducted money from my overpayment for a “missing key.” I called the dealership where I returned my Jeep and they confirmed they have documentation showing both keys were returned. I think 1 star is too much. Horrible. Don't get any loan with them. Customer service is outsourced and don't understand anything you say.
