If I could give it a negative I would, had this co.pany for 4 months and every month I paid my bill early and now last months payment 8 days after I paid suddenly disappeared and now thet trying to get me for 436 dollars, I have screenshots of my account 4 days after I paid says completed and says nothing due till July 20th, within 3 days the payment disappeared and they trying to get me now for a missed payment. BRWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! This is by far the worst financial place to have a auto loan thru, we have been fighting with this place since April of 2025 when we purchased the vehicle from day one they have had us down for 2 vehicle loans when we only bought 1, they constantly call every day we have never been late or missed a payment yet every month they put us down for late or missed payments & it's killing my credit score, we call every single day we even tak to the highest up person & still haven't gotten any of the issues r... read more
This is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with, Called several times on their customer service number but nobody answered only a Voice message we will call you back, The out of USA number, an agent answer I gave her my 1st and last name she said we cant verified you, you should ask me as you trained 1st,last name, DOB, complete address SSN, nothing, Its like she doesn't want to work. Not recommended.
Would give negative stars if possible. Worst finacial company to deal with ever. Made a car payment by phone and received a conf number, was processed through my bank and received a confirmation number yet Ally says they have not received payment nor can they help me with the confirmation number their system gave me more than 15 days ago. When calling customer service by phone to figure out where my payment went i only get transferred around and yelled at! I have not gotten any help by Ally and now have to dispute the paymen... read more
The most difficult process of accessing your account, makes you not feel safe and protected with your information in addition it's a loud call center with barely English speaking staff that literally deflect what you ask for and end up reading off some verbatim sheet, taking up to 5 minutes with being put on hold to answer very simple questions.
