This company & their total loss department are completely incompetent. My car was totaled in December of 2024, my insurance paid out the majority of funds owed at end of December. I had a 3rd party GAP coverage. In January of 2025, I contacted them several times for updates on the GAP claim, they told me they were missing a document from the car dealership. If I could give this company no stars I would , the inconsistency and horrible customer service is ridiculous . My loan was has been paid off since Jan. And still have yet to receive my refund check. I advised them I needed the money soon because a close relative of mine passed away and needed it for funeral cost . I asked for my check to be sent fed ex , still they messed up and still have no check . I am highly disappointed in this company . Where is your call center, Pakistan? Can’t get anyone on the phone that doesn’t have a heavy, middle-eastern accent where we can clearly understand one another. Ridiculous.
Horrible. Its 2025 and they still are using fax and snail mail for documents. No options to email. And it will take 1 to 2 business days for them to send it to me by fax and 5 to 10 business days to get it by mail. Unbelievable!!!
This review is a two company problem. This same review is posted for Hendrick Toyota. I want to start by saying Ally called me the day after I posted the review for Hendrick Toyota related to my complaint about Ally. The woman who called immediately took an attitude toward me and was as unhelpful and unconcerned as she could be. All she did was go through what they did which I already knew without explaining why, acknowledging their mistake, or apologizing. My guess is they only did it to appease Hendrick.
