Do not use this company!!! Horrible customer. I have been on the phone for two days and 67 minutes trying to payoff my vehicle balance of $14. Customer service representative Jose Sanchez would not transfer me after requesting 9 times to speak a Supervisor or the low balance payoff department. He requested my social security number 7 times!!!! Why does he need it so many times??
Please do not refinance, finance with this Company Worst experience ever !!!
