What a joke of a bank. I bought my mom a car in my name and when I had it refinanced they took my name off even tho it was refinanced through another bank of mine. Now I have to go to the MVA to get the title changed back. What a waste of time and a waste of space this bank is taking up on this planet.
My husband paid my car off and they never sent the title.
Do not use this company!!! Horrible customer. I have been on the phone for two days and 67 minutes trying to payoff my vehicle balance of $14. Customer service representative Jose Sanchez would not transfer me after requesting 9 times to speak a Supervisor or the low balance payoff department. He requested my social security number 7 times!!!! Why does he need it so many times??
Please do not refinance, finance with this Company Worst experience ever !!!
