The worst bank .I wish I could give it a zero star.They sent a 1099c letter to my dad's address .He sent to me since the letter came in my name .After opening it seeing the 1099c it said it was for an auto loan .I haven't owned a car in probably 16 years .I call them and they start saying it's from a minivan .My mother owned a minivan about 17 years ago .She died of caner maybe 5 years ago.The van was in her name and she always paid on time .I told them I never owned a minivan .They than said I must have co-signed .My moms c... read more
I opened up an ally savings account and it’s been a nightmare since day 1. Zelle transactions take over a week to get sent to the recipient. The customer service is awful. I 100% would not recommend.
Ally Financial is trash, in my opinion. We changed banks in OCTOBER. Payment info was updated and VERIFIED. Their system rejected it anyway. This has now cost me THREE PHONE CALLS at TWO HOURS EACH, plus ANOTHER THREE HOURS TODAY. And it’s still not fully resolved. They did technically “credit” the account, but not accurately. Our extra payments were shuffled around internally instead of being properly applied to principal. Worst experience that I have in my life. Holl this company is messed up big time . Trying to pay off my car going going beck all the time . For any that looking into this bank better don't be involved 10.3 %interest it's crazy
My car was totaled and they are trying charged me an $000;plus for repossion. and it is on credit report.
