I received a call from them yesterday about a loan involving my son-in-law. Nobody is supposed to give them my phone number, and I got involved in their business. This is unlawful and abusive! When my son-in-law confronted them about how they found my phone number, they said, "We have our ways." ACTING AS SCAMMERS????? Nasty!

My business vehicle has been paid off over a month. They have not sent me the release to get the title. I gave called 3 times regarding this they have not even notated the account. Very poor to keep me from getting my title when it has been paid for. Everytime I call regarding this they waste at least a half hour of my time trying to resolve this. I will never finance with this company
This is the most awful on line bank and I reported them to the Federal Reserve. My husband and I started banking with them 3 years ago and immediately started seeing fraudulent charges in our account. We had a checking account average of $10,000, a savings of $25,000, and investment account of $1200. Yet, they had to continuously replace our debit cards due to fraud. Got approved for a credit card. They never sent it out. They just now closed the account due to inactivity. I think I opened it a year ago.
