The worst bank .I wish I could give it a zero star.They sent a 1099c letter to my dad's address .He sent to me since the letter came in my name .After opening it seeing the 1099c it said it was for an auto loan .I haven't owned a car in probably 16 years .I call them and they start saying it's from a minivan .My mother owned a minivan about 17 years ago .She died of caner maybe 5 years ago.The van was in her name and she always paid on time .I told them I never owned a minivan .They than said I must have co-signed .My moms c... read more
I opened up an ally savings account and it’s been a nightmare since day 1. Zelle transactions take over a week to get sent to the recipient. The customer service is awful. I 100% would not recommend.
