If I could leave no stars I would. Thieves straight up Thieves!! 3 years trying to get a gap insurance refund.
This is the worst system for trying to pay balance, again on phone over an hour, transferred 4x's and everyone I spoke with didn't know procedure and barely could understand them. Never will ever use this bank again.
Horrible bank! They drafted 1500 out of my acct on March 7th, it is now 3-27-25 and I still don't have money back. They claim to have issued a check on 3-14-25 but I have yet to receive it and they could not tell me where it was sent from for tracking. Just called and they said by tomorrow if I don't have it, they will re-issue another check which could take up to 10 business days.....Horrible!!!!!!!
On February 10th my grandson father passed away. The next day his father called this company to notify his passing. He was told to call back when death certificate arrived. The fallowing week ge called again and was told that someone was picking up the xar the fallowing week It's been over 6 weeks of calling this company and the car still not been picking up.
