I just paid off my loan and never ever again will I ever do business with this company. They have the WORST customer service and their app is lacking.
Horrible bank business. Gave me inaccurate credit scores and then used those against me. Not an ally I'd want or need to have around
I've never felt so disrespected giving someone 25,000 plus dollars. Their customer services isatrocious, their app wouldn't let me pay off the vehicle in full, even though I gave them more than what we agreed upon for the loan, they're saying I still owe them $86.13 and they won't take it over the phone. They make you pay a third party person who I gave authorization to charge my card 94$ and apparently they didn't. You cant even speak with someone who can help in the US all the calls are answered abroad they dont help cant understand and always say to call back later so the customer services is really bad and you cant have answers to your questions! 1 star is too much I give them a CERO!
