After 3 years my Jeep payment changed. When I called they repeatedly told me it’s due to Michigan sales tax fluctuating. After explaining that’s not possible they admitted fault but refuse to change the payment back. It has been 4.5 hrs since I called them and they still are not sure where or when a supervisor will be able to help me with changing the payment. Horrible people and taking advantage of the public during the pandemic. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST. Reps are zero help and all have attitudes. They refuse to take my car back for 2 months. I have been trying to return a lease and they refuse to take it. Truck has been sitting i driveway and they refuse to come get it. They keep charging me every month while we are all out of work. Horrible people and I hope they never sleep at night. All the employees and company are garbage humans.
