I have been here a couple of times and most recently I did a hot wrap and did not have a good experience. The heater was way too close to one of my legs and I ended up have red burn marks all over. I told them during the session my one leg was hurting and they said it was normal. After I sent them an email with a picture to see if the red burns were normal and they never responded to me. Luckily my leg did heal but it was a very scary experience.
Experienced a couples massage, would highly recommend.
The environment is very nice, relaxing and staff are so friendly. Sam is THE best when it comes to deep tissue massages. Her techniques aren’t for everyone, but there’s no denying she is a muscle whisperer. She is very knowledgeable on anatomy and educates clients on their problem areas and everyday methods/stretches to manage discomfort.
I have gotten a facials, body wrap, and some waxing over the past 7+ years! The staff are always respectful and courteous. 🧖♀️ They've always greeted me when I entered the door, and if they haven't, it was because they stepped away for a few moments to assist another customer. ☺️ Wonderful massages, facials, sauna, couples services, and more.
