Both Vivid and Vinoy are super gentlemen. Got Zebra blinds for the house in 2019. Vivid explained everything very nicely and gave all the details and suggested the best out of multiple options available for our new house. Very courteous and respected the property at the time of installation too. met Vinoy in 2025 for a small roller stuck issue. it was right-away fixed and a new roller was installed.
