Extremely unprofessional and misleading experience. My voucher from the Baby Gift Company clearly included a 60–90 minute shoot and 1 digital copy. Stacey initially said a $100 deposit could go toward an additional print, but later claimed it was non-refundable and payable out of pocket — despite the voucher. This was only clarified after I questioned it. Stacey was able to capture our family connection through her lens. I highly recommend using her if you want someone able to capture the moment that makes your family what it is.
Stace was amazing at created a safe and fun environment for my toddler as we took updated headshots. She was patient and kind, worked with him and allowed him to ‘be a child’ as she snapped the perfect shots for his portfolio. The studio was lovely, the perfect setting to keep cool and calm while she did her thing! Definitely looking forward to work with Stace again, for his portfolio and family photos in the future!
