IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A -100 I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT! I am absolutely horrified by the conditions at this facility. The lack of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and resident care is deeply concerning. We found a massive structural gap in the flooring that poses a serious tripping hazard for residents using walkers. Even worse, the facility has a severe pest infestation. Absolutely One of the worst facilities in the Quad cities that I know of I haven’t heard one good thing about that place or experience one good thing about the place or the staff members. My grandmother was completely neglected with some health issues that was going on and if it weren’t for our family call 911. She probably wouldn’t be here today. Yeah i got a call about a family member of mine i return the call a minute later apparently the nurse is nowhere to be found so they take a message for me. i waited four hours until i finally had to call around to find where they were at, i did find them but allure never called me back about what had happened, and with what information i found out that did happen to my family member the nurse should’ve immediately called me back. i am very unhappy.
