I had the Hifu treatment with Caroline and while it was slightly uncomfortable at times, I can see a difference after only one session! I have booked a further 2 sessions to maximise the benefits to my face. The clinic is well laid out and spacious. It's clean and welcoming and has the benefit of a lift to take you to the first floor where the clinic is located. Caroline is lovely. Warm welcome on arrival. Would have liked to have some music or radio on in the background to help me relax during my treatments , especially as I was unable to move during them and was left alone in the room on several occasions. Very experienced knowledgeable Aesthetic Practitioner but would have liked a more subtle sales approach and a chance to look at the products and been explained the prices before the products were brought out to me as did feel a little pressured to buy . Experience from a few months ago, I wasn't sure whether to write this as I know reviews mean a lot to small businesses, however I didn't have a good experience at all. Booked a treatment through Wowcher, and organised my appointment (all fine).
