I visited this office because it was the closest to me. However, I must admit that I felt a sense of disconnection and lack of concern from the staff, including the doctors. Every time I sought their assistance, I sensed that they were not fully engaged or interested in my concerns. I tried to make an appointment with Allure Medical in Riverside, and it was a really frustrating experience. The receptionist put me on hold immediately after answering, and I waited for a long time before realizing she was never coming back. I get that clinics can be busy, but a little basic courtesy would go a long way. Being forgotten like that doesn’t give a good impression of their patient care. This clinic is amazing. Staff is very friendly and welcoming they answer all my questions. Started trt and am going on to my third month and feel great can’t believe it took me so long to start .
