I came in for a suspicious mole, and Dr. Thomas was both thorough and reassuring. The biopsy process was quick and painless, and I received clear follow-up instructions. Grateful for such excellent care—this clinic is a gem in Central Alberta!
I was able to get an appointment much faster than I expected, and the entire visit was smooth and professional. Dr. Thomas was thorough, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for any future skin concerns!
Apparently I had an appointment that I missed but was not given any appointment card , reminders or confirmation emails/texts. They wouldn't see me without charging me a no show fee even though this was clearly an error on their part as well . Poor service
