I can’t say enough wonderful things about Central Alberta Dermatology. Doctor Thomas and our Clinical Research Coordinator Fara went over and above to ensure my husband got the treatment he so desperately needed, even when the insurance company was trying to make it VERY difficult. He has started a biological treatment and we think it is going to be life changing. Thank you again to the staff at CADC. You really do change people’s lives!
I went to see Mckenzie as my skin was feeling dry and I truly can’t say enough good things. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in her craft, but she’s also such a kind, calming presence. She takes the time to really understand your skin, explains everything she’s doing, and helps pick treatments that actually work. My skin felt amazing. Stay clear of Dr Thomas and do your homework. Do your homework ….Why has she had so many jobs since she came to Red Deer? She cannot keep staff and is very rude to her staff. Her comments made to front office staff staff while patients are sitting in the waiting room is very unacceptable in our society and especially in the medical profession. From my experience she would not consider my skin issues with psoriasis and would not listen to my concerns. I was in her room less than 4 mins.

Front staff deserve 5 star. Dr Mary maybe a good Dr but witnessed the other day while waiting that the way she talks to her staff must change. Very abusive & angry. As a patient waiting 6 months for the next available time is not called for when I need to be in earlier. Only a 5 min appt is also not right. Dr Thomas needs to learn to read the file.
