I don’t know where to begin. This was a birthday gift to myself and it was a disaster. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized and disappointing. I was taken late, was told I was a liability if I sat in one of her waiting room chairs, the tooth gem fell off after 4 days and the head spa experience was a glorified version of someone playing with your hair.
