Please do not waste your time with this place. I have called on multiple occasions with no callback. I was supposed to get nine sessions only got one through a Groupon. You cannot get your money back through Groupon either. And good luck trying to get a hold of them to get it back. Very unprofessional and rude. The first session I did did nothing and I only have a really tiny small area that I had to get done On my abdomen area. Complete waste of money and time!!!!!!
I booked my Laser appointments with Jennifer and it has been such a warm, welcoming and informative experience. Will definitely be coming back!
I would leave zero stars if I could. I had the Venus Legacy procedure and it did not work. The owner said from the beginning they would refund the money if the procedure didn't work, they have not. She is EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of. I even had to reach out to Venus legacy myself and they have no record of her requesting a refund. She will not send me any information about the file she supposedly sent them and now won't respond to me at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
