Was issued a load from Chad VanCleef that ran to Canada, went through their compliance team to get set up so they checked all my information. Made it to Canada border and was turned away due to improper paperwork which was never on the rate confirmation paperwork. I picked up the load and drove it all the way to Lynden, WA just to be told to meet with another carrier who would coordinate getting it the rest of the way.
