Do not apply. Low pay, food is used as motivator and recognition. Less than supportive training when on floor. I learned the term RBF from many of the staff to describe the manager, Oh so correct. Disrespect is common. Speaking negatively about coworkers was freely completed in front of me as new worker. Unprofessional all away around! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!

Dont do it. very boring. so much you have to take in and they expect you to know it all. very little pay for such amount of work. Mangers and leads arent even there if you need help. My lead would rather go out drinking then talk to me for 5 mins

If you’re thinking about working here please think twice. Here is my experience working there for about one month The first 2 weeks. They put you in a class room with a trainer. For me I was the only one doing training that week since they do new hire trainings every 2 weeks. My first 2 weeks I sat while this lady yapped and yapped sometimes she didn’t even tap about work but her life. Yeah, no, this was one of the worst places I've ever worked at. It was pretty nice at first. Everyone was pretty nice, but the longer I was here, the more I just hated my life. Overloading amount of work, stupid high expectations that barely anyone could reach, never had updated sheets to go off of to DO MEDICAL CLAIMS and it's probably also one of the most disorganized places I've been. I honestly would NOT recommend anyone to work here.
