In a recent closing, the tenants paid the water and sewage. AllTech withheld over $400 and then erroneously had the refund checks sent to the tenants and then refused to handle the situation. They required me to go back to previous tenants and ask for the funds to be returned. All this after I repeatedly tried to warn them the way they were handling it would not go well. Very disappointing. We will never use them again.
