Been with Alltax for about 6 yrs. Have never had an issue with them. They are very professional and are always there to help with a smile. They are always up to date on the new laws. If you have questions they are more than willing to explain them with you, until you understand everything.
My husband and I have been going to Alltax in Roseville since 2005 - same tax preparer too. She stays up to date on new laws and takes the time to explain them to us. We always get our first choice appointment day and time. as well. Marilyn - don't ever retire!!

This firm makes you feel like your one of the family. The office is very clean with plenty of space to wait for your preparer. They even offer you coffee, water, and snacks while your there. All of the employees are so polite and helpful that you feel very comfortable here. The Tax preparers are all well versed in all aspects of tax laws. I can't think of a single reason WHY you would want to go anywhere else.
