As a mother, I was extremely disappointed by the service we received. The employee with the beard, long hair, and glasses forgot to include my daughter's food in our order. When we brought it to his attention, instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, he refused to give us the food that we had ordered. What made the experience even more frustrating was that he was training a new employee, who was actually polite and seemed eager to help. Horrible service by the big guy with a beard and long hair with glasses. He forgot our daughters food and refused to give it to us. The bad part is he was training a new employee who was actually nice. But didn't know how to give us our receipt.
