I would not advise working with this person. There are way too many careless mistakes made. Robert sent so many emails containing personal information to the wrong email address, that the recipient who was a stranger to me, called me to tell me. And wouldn't you know, when corrected and advised of my being contacted by a stranger, he did it again! There are many wonderful people at Allstate that are much more discrete with personal information, and much more responsive.
