Your staff is very rude. Twana in particular. Comes into different establishments in the same plaza and disrespects the staff. Hopefully the rest of you know how to treat people because 0/10 would never recommend anyone going here
I started ins.with them. I thought I was covered until I started looking for lower rates, that's when I found out i had no coverage, no notice sent. I called, allstate, all they could say, we lost you in the system somewhere. I will never go back.
