Called two days to get a quote on auto insurance (3 vehicles) and homeowners insurance (2 homes). Left a message with a live person and NEVER received a call back. Very poor way to begin a business relationship.

Jason Herbers: All State Insurance Agency uses lead generators from outside of the United States for telemarketing purposes using spoofed numbers. I received two unwelcome communication that were made without my express, prior, written consent, on the same day by different agents. Was lied to about the cost of my roof. With no apology from the sales associate. Now I am waiting for my refund checks- a month later. Yet they bill me, and the bills seam to make it to me...but not my refund. Shady to say the least. And sad that be boasts about being a 4th gen Colorado native. SHAME
My home insurance was due for renewal this month and I received the new package with 30% increase on my premium. I called three times to discuss the renewal with Mark Muse and each time had to leave message because was told every time that he is on the phone or at lunch but never returned my calls. Finally I decided to change my insurance and cancel the insurance with Allstate . I am not sure why he is still kept as an agent by Allstate.
