Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at any insurance agency ever. And I've been with 4 companies in the 15 years I've been driving. The consultant 'James' even laughed multiple times at my frustration with him taking money out of my account for a policy that he turned around and cancled.. I could not get the money back in to my account for 24hours creating a lapse in my insurance coverage. A mistake was made on his part and i was made to feel like it was my fault.
