Although this place gets you to where you need to go when they do decide to come pick you up that is the drivers could use a lot more customer service training they just don't seem happy with their jobs I wish more people knew that if they were really unhappy with their job they could go find another When you're in a service industry especially dealing with disabled people like myself and the elderly people you need to know how to treat those people some of us have impairments that don't allow us to easily get out of our app... read more

Was driving next to them today 11-26 at 745am on Dunlap and 43rd Ave. Van number 500. Driver seemed impaired. Was driving in middle lane and took half the right lane for a few miles. Then cut off a driver without notice. Speed limit is 40. Person was driving 60. Would not recommend entrusting your family member with this kind of behavior.
Do not use. Ask MTM to change to another provider. DANGEROUS!!! Would give 0 stars, but I can't. Words can not describe how horrible this company is.
