Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm was very disappointing. After a phone conference with Attorney Rivera , I was informed that my case would be taken. On 7/11/26, I received an email to activate the client portal, but shortly afterward I became ill and was unable to complete the process. I later contacted the office and spoke to Felicia, explained the situation, and confirmed that I still wanted to proceed. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Felicia confirmed that an attorney would take my case, but I never received a follow-up call or any updates regarding the status of my case. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I had initially planned to refer my coworkers to this office, but based on my experience, I will be seeking representation elsewhere. I expect better communication and professionalism from an office handling important legal matters.
