extremely poor customer service, the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude and was trying to assume i was making a sales call even though i wasn’t? said she wasn’t going to give me an email but i already had one i was just trying to get a hold of the owner.. don’t bring your business here. extremely unprofessional and will interrupt you, rich coming from a business with little to no reviews.
The drivers were all so kind, and professional, were on time, and very respectful. We couldn't ask for more in a car service. Thank you so much!
