THIS IS FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!
There is nothing good to say about red tag. We were told lie after lie. We didn't get our adjustable bed for 27 days. All the employees claim no one else knows what they're doing, they alter receipts after purchase, then will attempt to throw you out if you call them on it. Tell you they can't help or install because they have another job to go to.... Which is the club next door. They ordered the wrong parts 3 times. Total liars, completely unprofessional, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
It is now 21 days into my purchase and they told me yesterday that delivery would be today . Now that its today , its going to be Monday, which will be 25 days. The third time now , hope its a charm. I will never buy for this place again.
