From making a reservation to our airport Pick up.. Everything was a breeze, very pleasant over the phone. Waited less than 5mins to be picked up from the airport. Shout out to Mr. Harry! Such a nice guy!

Made a reservation for a 15 passenger van for family. Reservation was at 12. When I arrived at 1, I was told that my van was given to another person. I did not see a mention of a grace period, no courtesy call to see is I was on my way, nothing. I reserved with a credit card so my money was guaranteed, they could charge me if there was a problem. No alternative option or anything. Poor customer service. Just left me in a bind. Looks like the first person to show up with money gets the vehicle, why have reservations then?

11/10 experience! John and Andre provided top-notch customer service, even when our flight ended up being delayed a few hours and weren't able to pick up our rental until over an hour after closing. Communication was great, and they seemed to already know about the delay before we told them! Really didn't expect Andre to wait for us, but it was so appreciated. Both really personable, and great guys - will be renting from them going forward. :)
